Ashlyn Kay Artistry is a safe place for all people. We commit to anti-racism. We are queer affirming and LGBTQ+ allies. We believe all people have a right to feel included, safe and taken care of.

Cancellation Policies

As you can understand, 24 hour notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule

-If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged $25 for each missed service and must be paid before you can book another appointment.

-To ensure all clients have the best experience, any appointment arrivals 15 minutes or later from their start time will be subject to a cancellation fee and have to reschedule their appointment for another day.

-IF YOU ARE SICK, please let me know as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment.

Saved Payment Method:

All guest’s payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant payment processor.

Salon Etiquette

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of mental health my influence the outcome of the service.
