The Pre-Visit
The experience starts when you go onto my Square booking site and find the appointment day and time that works best for you. Then through email or text you will receive my digital consultation form. This allows you to describe what you’re looking for and helps me determine how to take care of you for your appointment.
You can expect a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your appointment and then a reminder 24 hours before. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can feel free to do so online up to 48 hours before your appointment. The week of your appointment, I will reach out with additional information about getting to the salon and salon polices.
Arriving at the Salon
The day of your appointment you will arrive outside the Phenix Salon Suites in the Northridge parking lot, there is plenty of parking and the salon is handicap accessible. I ask that you plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to find the salon and not feel rushed. Come inside and find suite 104 and I will be waiting to greet you.
Once we are at my station, we will start our consultation. Here we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but find a plan that will work with your hair history, goals and lifestyle.
After I have a clear vision of our goal, I’ll walk you through what’s obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenace involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
Your color will be custom blended for you, and recorded in my system so that its always ready for each visit. I work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing your hair.
There is wifi and water available to keep you comfortable while your color processes. Please feel free to bring a book, TV show or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!
You can relax in my chair knowing that I thoroughly clean and disinfect between each guest, so the space is ready for you to settle in. I schedule my guests one at a time so you will have my undivided attention.
Saying Goodbye
We will finish our time together by styling and of course, taking some photos. This is when we get some great shots of your hair ready for a night out or to finish some errands! I will recommend some products to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next appointment.
